Why Electric?

Electric vehicles (EVs) realize real cost savings in cost per mile traveled compared to conventional gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles. H2E's goals are to ensure charging is readily available and as effortless and as fast as people need it to be

• Cheaper to run. Owners of an EV have the advantage of much lower running costs. The electricity to charge an EV works out to over  a third as much per mile as buying fossil fueled car.
• Cheaper to maintain. A battery EV has fewer moving parts than a conventional car. There is relatively little servicing and no expensive drive chain parts. Batteries do wear out so replacement warrantied batteries will be needed.
• Better for the environment. By choosing an EV you are helping to reduce harmful air pollution from exhaust emissions. An EV has zero exhaust emissions.
• Renewable energy. Using H2E’s renewable energy to recharge your EV, you reduce your greenhouse gas emissions even further.  
• Health benefits. Reduced harmful exhaust emissions is good news for our health. Better air quality will lead to less health problems and costs caused by air pollution. EVs are quieter than conventional vehicles, which means less noise pollution.
